I was following the wiki, and I did:
$ fedora-cvs ipmiutil
(which did the checkout)
$ cd ipmiutil
Then here is the output from the import:

[arcress@ac4lht ipmiutil]$ ./common/cvs-import.sh /tmp/ipmiutil-2.6.8-1.src.rpm
