EXCELLENT.   This is looking awesome.

The SELinux fix works perfectly; at least for trivial uses, SELinux is now
happy.  The new comment seems clear enough, too.

I should go back and see if the changes have messed up anything, or if there
are big problems I didn't notice before, but so far it's looking great.

This version of Frama-C is not the current version.  If it'd be trivial to
upgrade it to the current version, I think the *current* version would be best.
 But if that's non-trivial, this version is a great place to start.  Would that
upgrade be trivial, or not?
