This package was improperly reviewed:

The spec file lacks to prerequisites (From build.log):
...
Warning: prerequisite MIME::Types 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Proc::WaitStat 0 not found.
...

While MIME::Types exists in Fedora, Proc::WaitStat isn't.
