You'll need to figure out what it really is. If it's some piece of code that's not modifiable, it might be that it doesn't fit the OSS Guidelines :-( If it's firmware, then it's okay but you still need to figure out the proper license. As for listing of licenses... if this is an and situation, you might need to ask spot how things need to be licensed.
