Maybe koji scratch build will be more faster than local mock build.

Jon, it seems that Henrique didn't patch glueten to load jni file in
%{_libdir}/%{name}, can gluegen really works in this package.

I'm not familiar with both java and ant, so I cannot sure about this. Howerver
a java package probably can not work correctly by simply move .jar and .so
files to %{_libdir}/%{name}.
