Well, gluegen is a new package, so, it breaks nothing in Fedora if it goes to
stable after a while. Packaging was a little difficult, but the package itself
is pretty simple and I don't see any evident risks.
Since packaging gluegen/jogl is only a way to have scilab working (and there is
no other package depending on it) I'm ok doing what is easyer/faster to help
Jon's review in JOGL.
