Model files are rather big files and opened by zinnia. The model files are just
endian-specific instead of strict arch-specfic. Having noarch packages and
installing them into /usr/lib or /usr/share can reduce download time and save
space for 64bit arch if someone wants to install both 32bit and 64bit zinnia.
