Thanks, David, very interesting feedback.

The %{class1hash}.0 file is just the file that openssl is looking for when it
tries to check a certificate signed with this CA, which is why I put it there
after seeing that there were no means to easily and cleanly manipulate the main
cert.pem file.

This package also pre-dates the mass switching to NSS, and I hadn't looked at
it since.
