One major concern here:

1. The license is not acceptable to Fedora, because of how clause 8 of the GPL
is invoked. Because it is not possible to distribute it in the US and Red Hat
is a US distributor, z-push is not acceptable in Fedora.

"NOTE: According to sec. 8 of the GNU General Public License (GPL),
Version 2, the distribution of the Program in or to the
United States of America is excluded from the scope of this license.
The Program is licensed under GPL Version 2 only."

However, even if the license was altered to be a normal GPL, this code would
still not be acceptable due to the high patent risk surrounding ActiveSync. I
apologize for not being able to be more specific, but I have to choose my words
carefully when discussing patents.

I'm blocking this FE-Legal and closing as CANTFIX, sorry.
