Don't know if this requires different guidelines :( >From the logs, it builds with /usr/lib64/mpich2/bin/mpicc /usr/lib64/openmpi/bin/mpicc /usr/bin/mpicc but there is a warning, that: *** WARNING: identical binaries are copied, not linked: /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py-mpich2/MPE.so and /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py/MPE.so extracting debug info from /home/tom/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/mpi4py-1.2-2.fc12.x86_64/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py-mpich2/MPI.so *** WARNING: identical binaries are copied, not linked: /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py-mpich2/MPI.so and /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py/MPI.so extracting debug info from /home/tom/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/mpi4py-1.2-2.fc12.x86_64/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py-mpich2/dl.so *** WARNING: identical binaries are copied, not linked: /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/mpi4py-mpich2/dl.so Same for python3.1. So I guess, grepping the right compiler did not work. Do you have a solution for that? (Note: Because did not work atm, I didn't add proper desctiptions.) Builds in koji, with all python3-* subpackages: ########################### current TODO list: - properly build with mpi variants (don't know how) - add good descriptions - what to do with lam? can this left out? - didn't look for rpmlint. There are enought other problems - How to enable the testsuite "mpd&..."?
