Petr - thanks for reorganizing DiVinE so that the jars are separable.  That
makes things far more sensible.

I've posted an RPM spec of "nips-promela-compiler" here:

I need a reviewer for that - volunteers highly desired.
The nips-promela-compiler package is a prerequisite for DiVinE (if you want to
handle models in Promela, the language of SPIN, which I do).  The idea is to
get nips-promela-compiler into the Fedora repository, then update the DiVinE
spec to match.
