Does anyone care to weigh in on this? Does this count as a violation of Fedora's pre-packaged libraries clause? TkImg upstream seems to be dead or close to it. The last release was in Dec 2002 and there's only blips of activity on their sourceforge tracker so it may be difficult to have changes implemented.
