I think that maybe you can use a static copy of Gluegen which are included in
the jogl src like debian.
See http://packages.debian.org/sid/libjogl-java
The source of jogl can be obtained from
http://download.java.net/media/jogl/builds/archive/jsr-231-1.1.1a/jogl-1.1.1a-src.zip
.

Maybe scilab can build against a newer version of jogl like
2.0(http://download.java.net/media/jogl/builds/nightly/), you don't really need
the exact version of jogl.
