One nit here: s/ipv4/ipv6/.

%preun ipv6

    /sbin/chkconfig --del %{name}-ipv4

I would not include README_v6 in the -ipv6 package.  It is obsolete, and
removed from upstream.

it's listening on ports properly now, and I'm trying to set up a torrent to
play with to be sure it's working as expected.
