well... I didn't add a Requires field because the manuals say not to; that one
should rely on the dependency generator, although it seems that is a little
lacking since it missed httpd (it did pick up on the need for GnuTLS):

so I've added it.  thanks for picking up on that.  latest version is -4 (see
usual place for it)
