You need to use your username in the "Owners" field, not your real name. :) 2. You don't need to specify F-12, that is "devel", and you always get that branch. 3. You didn't put the summary of the package, you put "summary of package". 4. You didn't change the fedora-cvs flag to ?, so no one will see this request.
