ok, that makes sense. 

So, we need to get this reviewed and in, then update heartbeat and also
review/import pacemaker. 

Conflicts are nasty in that basically we have to tell the user "hey, we can't
do what you want". :( I think we can possibly avoid the conflict by importing
this around the same time we update heartbeat to use it. I don't know if there
is a big group that wants to keep heartbeat 2.1.x in fedora, but time does
march on, and fedora should be moving with it. ;) 

Anyhow, I guess I will look at doing a review here soon... ;)
