Honestly I don't know how to deal with the conflicting .so links. Generally yoou just can't do what it seems you're trying to do (two different versions of the same library with separate -devel packages useful in parallel) without actually renaming one of the libraries. Generally stuff in Fedora should be as clean as possible.
