The xsd-3.2.0+dep package is actually the xsd compiler itself packaged with all
its dependencies (there is also xsd-3.2.0 which is just the xsd compiler). Some
of these dependencies are copyright Boris Kolpackov while the xsd compiler and
the xsd-frontend library are copyright Code Synthesis Tools. The latter two
(xsd and xsd-frontend) already include the exception that allows linking to
Xerces-C++. It is the other packages (which are copyright Boris Kolpackov) that
need the exception added. That's why the text uses "Boris Kolpackov" instead of
"Boris Kolpackov & Code Synthesis Tools". Hope this clarifies things.
