Pure python scripts which will be used from blender. This files has to been installed into /usr/share/blender/scripts 2.) Nativ so files which are python extension used by the blender python scripts. This files are installed into the architecure-depending python-sitelib. 3.) Native so files which will called by applications or other so files. This files should be installed into %{_libdir} For my judgement the location of the installed files looks fine.
