Ignore the middle two lines -- they're unnecessarily-verbose error output.
Pretend it just says this:

$ cnetworkmanager
cnetworkmanager 0.8.4 - Command Line Interface for NetworkManager
Error: NetworkManager is not running  


This isn't a packaging problem -- it's an improvement that could be made
upstream.
