The problem is now we need an additional verilog-mode package for epel-5, but - the latest verilog mode package is not available on fedora yet. Fedora emacs packager maintains only from the sources than upstream ships. - I'm not sure whether the latest verilog mode package is compatible with the emacs that rhel or centos has.
