For Oracle, though, I should add a conditional build switch for every major version (9, 10 and 11), as the Oracle client library has hard-coded that version within its name (e.g., -lnnz11 for version 11). But on Fedora, I guess that that is not an issue (due to license problems): it will occur only for non-free repositories.
