The pre-Fedora source of xmlfy had no "install" target and built a native package instead (blame my ITIL background), but the changes I've adopted through getting the xmlfy project up to the quality standards required by the fedora project now make the xmlfy project look like many other projects of similar category and scope. Thanks. The file perms and encoding of the files README and LICENSE were corrected in the tarball of the link in this post.
