The file in globus-common is also needed by a few Globus packages, but not by any of the packages I have packaged for Fedora so far - and it looks like it might be possible to work around it. This has been fixed in rawhide. F9 and F10 never saw the problem (since the files in the two conflicting packages are identical there).
