The reason why the upstream tar package and the one I use are different is because Upstream won't compile on Fedora 10. There's a bug that prevents it from detecting PyGTK. Bug was fixed and will be part of 1.03, so hopefully, I won't need any patches for 1.03. Here's the bug url: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/blueman/+bug/337877 Here's the patch I used, from Rajeesh: http://rajeeshknambiar.fedorapeople.org/blueman-configure-rpmbuild.patch which he posted at his blog: http://rajeeshknambiar.wordpress.com/2009/03/10/blueman-build-issue/ I updated my specfile to reflect all your comments. I've compiled and installed Blueman and I never required dbus-python-devel, but I added it to the build reqs anyways. I updated the Spec file to the same url. Spec URL: http://proyectofedora.org/mexico/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/blueman.spec SRPM URL: http://proyectofedora.org/mexico/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/blueman-1.02-5.fc10.src.rpm I'll be running some mock tests. I hope to compile this for x86_64 and ppc soon.
