Boy...wow, I was kind of expecting all this fuss over public-domain & licensing
to happen when I included the COPYING file in the source. It feels like a
Deja-vu now. :)

Anyway, Mark, I think it's okay to take a public domain soruce, change it and
release it as licensed version. If I'm not wrong, I guess openDNS is based on
`dnscache'. But still if you want me to put that link in the README, I'll do
that.

  Well that seems less likely, for one, the source is distributed from my page,
and second the README quotes me says "I'm pleased to release this *new*
version..." along with my email address.

  Ah, that should be okay; that's why the `+' sign is there.
