Also: grace (at the moment) does not exist in EL-4, which means that pygrace is not available in EL-4, which in turn means that scitools can't be installed on EL-4. You can circumvent this by checking the EPEL repositories to see which of the packages -extras depends on aren't available, and omit those requirements.
