Summary: Review Request: NetworkManager-openvpn https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=175047 ------- Additional Comments From jeff@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2006-07-10 22:07 EST ------- (In reply to comment #25) > Observations: > > 1) When a new VPN is added, it does not appear until after NetworkManager is > restarted. Ideally, it would show up immediately. This is a bug in Network Manager's VPN support from what I recall, and is not specific to the Network Manager OpenVPN plugin. > 2) There is still some interaction with selinux that needs to be dealt with > (this output was run in permissive mode to capture full set of messages): This isn't specific to the Network Manager OpenVPN plugin. I've had the same problem with starting OpenVPN manually and recent SELinux policies. This command: setsebool -P openvpn_disable_trans 1 should disable SELinux for OpenVPN (and you shouldn't even need to reboot). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
