Hmmm.  Looks like two of the scripts in the contrib directory have "use
BugzillaEmail" statements which make it into the dependency list and which, it
seems, I didn't notice.  Since nothing in the main package provides this, the
package is uninstallable.

Anyone know what these scripts actually want, or if there's any chance at all
that they'd actually run?  Should they just be removed or should this dependency
just be filtered out?
