This should be fixable by changing:

CFLAGS="$(echo '%{optflags}' | sed -e 's/-O[0-9]*//') -O3 -DOPENAIS_LINUX"

to:

CFLAGS="$(echo '%{optflags}' | sed -e 's/-O[0-9]*//') -O3 -DOPENAIS_LINUX -fPIC"

I'll get an x86_64 box soon so I can find these things for myself...
