If %{_lib} can only have to two values "lib" or "lib64", I agree. But perhaps 
one day an arch will have another value. "multilib", for example (if the 
multilib feature of MacOS-X comes to other OS).

Actually, it is really a very minor issue. I do not really care. :-)
