chan_misdn in 1.2 seems to require a specific version of the mISDN libraries
that is almost a year old now.  chan_misdn in SVN trunk seems to want a newer
mISDN library version.  It makes sense to me to worry about supporting mISDN
after Asterisk 1.4 is release.
