Make cachehammer stressor more stressful on cache
New numa options to attempt to bind pages to randomly selected NUMA nodes (see
below)
Add gcc branch hinting to all critical if/else branches to improve branch
performance.
madvise stressor, add MADV_GUARD_* flags
stress-x86cpuid, add some new CPU ids
