- Change include directory layout, so that all headers are in the same
directory structure. This fixes the cross references between the headers.
- Do this change on the CMake level instead of in .spec. This fixes the
  CMake import files.
- Fix pkg-config files to reference correct include directory. (BZ #2336562)
