Update Information:

Version 0.18.1 (December 05, 2024)
Bug-fix release in the 0.18.x series.
0.18.0 was missing package data, which went unnoticed because the workflow
to publish to PyPI was also broken. These have been fixed, and we no longer
alter global logging state.
With thanks to Fede Raimondo for the contribution.
FIX: Install package data
FIX: Remove calls to root logger basicConfig
MNT: Upload attested package to (test) PyPI
