Update Information:

Vendoring fixes and cleanup, most notably update-deps patch is now applied only
when vendoring is not used (applies to ELN). Aligning f41 with this and avoiding
downgrading from 0.3.0-4.fc40  to 0.3.0-3.fc41 while upgrading to f41.
