A library to render SVG images to Cairo surfaces. GNOME uses this to
render SVG icons. Outside of GNOME, other desktop environments use it
for similar purposes. Wikimedia uses it for Wikipedia's SVG diagrams.

Update Information:

This update contains work to prepare for the librsvg2 2.59.0 update:
Update the nalgebra crate to version 0.33.0.
Update the simba crate to version 0.9.0.
Update the cool_asserts crate to version 2.0.3.
Update the yeslogic-fontconfig-sys crate to version 6.0.0.
Add a compat package for version 4 of the yeslogic-fontconfig-sys crate.
These also required some adaptations in other packages:
Ported the librsvg crate to markup5ever 0.14, xml5ever v0.20, and nalgebra
v0.33.
Ported librsvg2 to markup5ever 0.14, xml5ever v0.20, and nalgebra v0.33.
Ported the nom-supreme crate to cool_asserts v2.
Ported the statrs crate to nalgebra v0.33.
