- Allow rngd read and write generic usb devices
- Allow qatlib search the content of the kernel debugging filesystem
- Allow qatlib connect to systemd-machined over a unix socket

This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program. Use
su -c 'dnf upgrade --advisory FEDORA-2024-c412f251f5' at the command
