Update Information:

Update to EGL GBM 1.1.2 to add a change required for the Nvidia driver 560+ to
properly start Wayland (GDM screen, etc.). Without this update GDM freezes as
it's started with Wayland and not X.
The same update is being pushed to the official CUDA repositories for Fedora 39
and the not yet released Fedora 40 repository.
