Description :
ANNarchy ð??´ (Artificial Neural Networks architect) is a parallel and
hybrid simulator for distributed rate-coded or spiking neural networks.
The core of the library is written in C++ and distributed using OpenMP
or CUDA. It provides an interface in Python for the definition of the
networks.

NOTE: Since CUDA support requires proprietary Nvidia drivers, this
package only supports OpenMP and single thread.

Update Information:

Update to 4.8.0.4
The random distributions now use np.random.default_rng(seed). The default seed
is now None instead of -1 for compatibility.
License of C++ files is GPLv2 or later.
