Update Information:

This release fixes a potential env buffer overflow in _execve50c(), a possible
segfault because of interefing with Perl copy-on-write strings and prototypes of
clock_nanosleep($$@), clock_settime($@), futimens($@), nanosleep(@),
setitimer($@), timer_settime($$@), and utimensat($$;$@). It also flushes I/O
buffers before calling fexecve()/execveat(), supports magic function arguments
and arrayref argument for strptime(). It improves a documentation and readlink()
performance.
