-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2024-552a48e14e 2024-05-25 01:10:58.525538 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name : fedfind Product : Fedora 39 Version : 5.2.0 Release : 1.fc39 URL : https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/fedfind Summary : Fedora compose and image finder Description : Fedora Finder finds Fedora. For now, that means it finds Fedora images - for stable releases, milestone pre-releases, candidate composes, and nightly composes. The fedfind package provides a simple CLI for showing image URLs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: This update provides a new release of fedfind. It adds two new properties to Release instances: eol and relnum. eol gives the EOL date (provided by Bodhi), or None if there isn't one. relnum gives the release number as an integer; for most releases this is simply int(self.release), but for Rawhide and ELN, it gives the number of the next release that will branch (Rawhide and ELN don't technically have a release number, but this number is the one associated with them in various contexts, e.g. Bodhi). This lets you conveniently and mostly- accurately compare release numbers across Release instances without having to fiddle around if one of them happens to be Rawhide or ELN. This release also reintroduces the Updates and UpdatesTesting classes, and related support in get_release etc., because these composes once again have images (from Fedora 40 onwards). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Thu May 16 2024 Adam Williamson <awilliam@xxxxxxxxxx> - 5.2.0-1 - New release 5.2.0: updates composes are back, added eol and relnum -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
