Software Identification (SWID) tags provide an extensible XML-based structure to
identify and describe individual software components, patches, and installation
bundles. XML SWID tag representations can be too large for devices with network
and storage constraints.

Add a validation failure for REDACTED text
Add initial support for VEX
Allow outputting multi-document SWID XML files
Correctly validate missing license and compiler links
Relicense from LGPL-2.1+ to BSD-2-Clause-Patent

Save HEX strings as bytes to minimize coSWID size
