Update Information:

This update adds a TEST-FEDORA41 crypto-policy intended to preview the changes
in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/OpenSSLDistrustSHA1SigVer. The change
is non-invasive, has no impact on existing setups and has received limited
testing already.
