Update Information:

This update aims to avoid conflicts with 3rd part counterpart.
This will have the side effect to fix end-users upgrading to f40+ while having
the rpmfusion intel-media-driver already installed, and at the same time to
enforce the fedora libva-intel-media-driver to users lacking any implementation
for intel hw acceleration.
