Update Information:

This update drops some patches which were only needed for the
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/AnacondaWebUIforFedoraWorkstation Change,
which has now been deferred to Fedora 41. Dropping these patches seems to
resolve problems with non-US layouts and input methods in the login screen.
