-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2024-a623006c17 2024-01-12 00:59:08.472955 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name : armadillo Product : Fedora 38 Version : 12.6.6 Release : 1.fc38 URL : http://arma.sourceforge.net/ Summary : Fast C++ matrix library with syntax similar to MATLAB and Octave Description : Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. Integer, floating point and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS libraries. A delayed evaluation approach is employed (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce (or eliminate) the need for temporaries. This is accomplished through recursive templates and template meta-programming. This library is useful if C++ has been decided as the language of choice (due to speed and/or integration capabilities), rather than another language like Matlab or Octave. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Rebuild for Armadillo 12 and update to latest stable version of mlpack. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sun Dec 31 2023 Ryan Curtin <ryan@xxxxxxxxx> - 12.6.6-1 - Update to latest stable version. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
