Description :
realtime-tests is a set of programs that test and measure various components of
real-time kernel behavior. This package measures timer, signal, and hardware
latency. It also tests the functioning of priority-inheritance mutexes.

Update Information:

Add an rpminspect.yaml file to omit badfuncs testing because of inet_addr which
is part of hackbench and only used as testing load  ----  Update to the latest
upstream version of rt-tests. Use SPDX tags in the specfile
