- Update gnome-builder to 45.0 - Update libpeas to 2.0 (required by gnome-
builder 45.0) - Add new libpeas1 compat package - Adjust gtkd and pitivi to
require new libpeas1 compat package rather than libpeas

- Update to 45.0
- Switch to libpeas 2 and require libpeas-loader-gjs for gjs plugins
- Re-enable the sysprof plugin
- Drop gnome-code-assistance recommends as the gnome-code-assistance plugin
  is now gone
- Drop python3-jedi recommends as the jedi-language-server plugin is
  disabled by default and not recommended for distribution
- Recommend ctags for the ctags plugin
